Please review the opportunities for sponsorship, and then complete the sponsorship form indicating the item(s) your company would like to sponsor. Sponsoring Opportunities
Your company can also participate in and sponsor various aspects/events of the vast programme that is being prepared for the participants of the 1st International Congress on Stratigraphy.
Congress bags - € 7.000,00
Your company logo will be exclusively printed on the bags and on the ribbons (for the participants’ identification badges).
All Congress Luncheons - € 15,000.00
Your company logo will appear on signage for luncheons. Your company will be acknowledged verbally during the programme and you will receive eight complimentary tickets for luncheons.
Congress book guide - € 10,000.00
This quick-reference guide will be given to all attendees at registration. Your company’s logo will be on the cover.
Welcome reception - € 7,500.00
A welcome “get-together” event for the participants, with complimentary wine, beer, soft drinks and light snacks. Your company will be recognized on signage and on the invitation.
Gala dinner - € 20,000.00
Your company logo will appear on the invitations, and your company will be thanked during the event’s speeches.
Coffee breaks - € 6.000,00
Your company logo will be placed on the tables.
Poster session - € 5.000,00
Your company will be acknowledged on signage in the poster area.
Participants gift - € 3.000,00
Your company logo will be printed on the gift.
Grants for Students - € 50.000,00
This fund is dedicated to help young researchers present their work at the congress (covering travel, accommodation, and registration fees).
- Single exclusive sponsor: Exclusive large format banner on the stage during the opening session.
- In the absence of an exclusive sponsor: € 5,000.00 for each sponsor, with the equivalent benefits of the Gold Sponsorship Level
