Hotel reservation availability and conditions

Rooms are guaranteed for bookings received untill 29th June 2012.

Given the limited number of rooms in each category, early booking is strongly advised.

After 2nd May , bookings will depend on the hotel availability. Hotel reservations will only be processed once payment in full has been received.

Requests by telephone will not be considered.

Changes or cancellations to reservations will only be considered when made in written, by email to hdesiderio.lisboa@abreu.pt  or fax: (+351) 21 415 63 83

Cancellations for Hotel reservation

Until May 1st, cancellations will be refunded in full, less admnistrative fee of 25,00 €.

Cancellations between May 2ndt and 1st June will have a cancellation fee of 25%.

Cancellations between 2nd June and 30th June will have a cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancellations between July 1st and July 10th will have a cancellation fee of 75%

Cancellations received after July 11th will not merit any refund
